How do handle a challenging situation with difficult Clients.
- Send an acknowledgement telling them that we are on it.
- Gather all the information and related data regarding the issue at hand.
- Get the team involved including the Account Manager and Client Success Manager.
- Discuss the issue and come up with a solution.
- A meeting is setup with the client.
- Give them the platform to air their frustration.
- Listen and then ask specific questions to understand the impact of the issue.
- Present our solution as a team and make the customer feel comfortable.
- Deliver the Solution.
- Identify ways to prevent this issue from happening again.
